The average Marvel movie is way past two hours though.

First peek at Ghost Rider:

As always, we are going to put our own spin on the character. We are staying true to the comics in the places where we feel like it’s really important — we love the character’s family dynamic and the East L.A. kid in him.

I’m really jazzed for Luke Cage. I think it might quickly become my favorite Netflix Marvel show.

The car’s nice, but that suit is awful. Even Nic Cage’s Ghost rider looked better.

I don’t think it’s awful, but that rape face is awfully offputting.

That rape face you see right now? That’s called a mirror.

I watched Civil War again because my brother got it on DVD, and I must say, everytime I watch the film ilike it a bit more than the time before. I can safely call Zemo my favourite MCU villain after Loki.

Not enough people read the EU.

Same feelings. Though Zemos plan is quite far fetched and makes not a lot of sense, his main goal, outcome, motivations, history etc. make him a wonderful, unique villain in the marvel universe. I also consider (lower down the list though) Alexander Pierce to be a underrated villain.

Wow, really? I have completely forgotten there was some Zemo until I read this comment.

Civil War might be the dumbest Marvel so far. It’s really hard to mix deep interrogations about heroism and responsabilities when every single character is written as a teenager (“he’s killed my parents !”, “yes, but he’s my friend !”…). Winter Soldier was ok, Ant-Man was ok too thanks to the long Edgar Wright project development, but this one… only BvS can top its silliness. I really miss when superheroe movies were good… I don’t understand why people seem to love this franchise. It’s such a mess on every level (and not only the music - great Tony Zhou video essay, as usual - but also the editing, the writting, the casting, the sets…).
