Man, I just made one hell of a sandwich for lunch.

Had a nice sub roll, put some dijon on one side, then a layer of lacy swiss, then a layer of salami, then a layer of honey ham, then salt and pepper, then another layer of cheese, then spinkled some red wine vinegar on the other half of the roll.
I thought about toasting it too, but didn’t feel like firing up the oven. It was really nice.
