Right, blame an entire company over the mistakes/misdoings of an individual. Reasonable.
well sometimes the mistakes of individual can be due to the company not giving the proper training and/or not going a good enough job deciding who to hire.
I’ve had bad experiences at the Walmart near me. I remember one time I went there to pick up something I had ordered and the teenage girl who processed my order treated me like “how dare I be at her area of the store”. I was very nice, but the whole time she was just rolling her eyes and didn’t have kind word to say to me. Then there was this other time(I think I posted about it while back) when this very heavy box fell from the top shelf almost hitting and seriously injuring my mother. This happened because she tried to get it down, because she couldn’t find anyone to help her. She did end up with a cut. It made a very loud sound. In a place with people that knew what they were doing, people would have checked it out to fine out what happened and make sure everyone was alright. In this store, no one came. Mom finally found someone and told them what happened and showed them the cut, they tried to sell her band aids. In my opinion, if a customer gets hurt in your store, you don’t sell them band aids, you give them the band aids needed for the injury(ies) incurred. I am sure some Walmarts are better, but the one nearest where I live, is terribly run. I refuse to shop there.
