Even if there’s anti-aging medicine in the past, that don’t mean anyone would be taking it. Leia was busy fighting with rebels, Luke went into hiding, Han ain’t the makeup type (in the movie), harrison probably uses stuff to fight aging.

Maybe not everyone has the space bucks for beauty maintenece medicine. If they have health care like US then hospitals will be way overpriced.
