I made one long ago...what I'd do is cut the whole first chapter, and when it shows a starfield at the beginning of chapter 2, then all the ships coming in from hyperspace (on the new DVD anyway, probably to make the transition smoother) I'd add it...I say cut the first chapter because that is basically what the crawl is - Yoda's voiceover edited, basically.

Unfortunately I have no way of making a crawl, but that's my suggestion if you're combining both volumes as a two-hour movie.
