The BB8 one, not so much.
The reason they have Finn give the thumbs up so prominently is so that it’s obvious that BB-8 is mimicking it.
I just find the idea that “LOL IT’S A MIDDLE FINGER” is dumb.
I know. I posted it because I was surprised that someone actually pictured it that way.
