Far from it. Old EU was full of crap. However, it managed to also produce some great stuff (mostly in video games medium), such as KOTOR, SWTOR and DF series. I am not saying that there is no chance new EU will eventually produce something good in future, however so far there has been nothing but crap. Therefore as it stands now: old EU >> new EU
