Also I’m not a fan of the “the Emperor is soooo evil that…” thinking so we’ll have to agree to to disagree on that one. The Emperor may be powerful but he is not some demi-God of the Force who is so powerful he can literally pull powers out of his ass.
It is not because “the Emperor is soooo evil that…”, it is simply because he happened to be born extraordinarily exceptionally gifted. And yes that is why he could “pull powers out of his ass” while no one else could. It is like Einstein “pulling” theory of relativity “out of his ass” while no one else could at the time. We haven’t had a scientist of his calibre since Newton and Galileo and it doesn’t seem we will have one in near future either. Do you get it now?
Well, obviously lighting is a force ability you can learn over time. So why assume only one person throughout history could do it?
