Actually, I only asked the question to make my point. Some people can't read subs, and somepeople don't like to. I have to wear my glasses when I watch a subtitled movie because my eyes are so bad.
(Or set really close to the TV, making them even worse) Disney is selling Nausicaa as a family movie, and you know the modern western family isn't going to set down and watch it in Japanese. It was probably that you ridiculed the idea of watching the movie dubbed that surprised me more than anything else.
