Mario 64 is pretty sweet, and a good showcase for what the DS is capable of (it easily looks better than the N64 version)

It comes with a demo for Metroid Prime Hunters, which will be extremely sweet if the controls are tightened up a bit before release.

Other than those, the only DS app I've played is Feel the Magic XY/XX, which is fun as cheese, but it is almost as good an argument against stylus gameplay as it is for it.
