Not in Vegas. After zooming, I can adjust the picture horizontally and vertically to compensate. Hell, I could flip, rotate, and warp the picture if I wanted.

Why do this to better source material? It's possible, but tedious. (Besides, we don't want any purists accusing us of messing with the source material.
