I have a question. Will an all-regions Blu-ray disc work in a North American Blu-ray player if it’s in PAL format?
The main feature ought to. HD codecs are not PAL or NTSC. Only the SD bonus features may be PAL. I have a region hacked LG Blu Ray player that plays PAL DVD’s without any issues. I really need to find a European BD to try out on it one of these days.
