I feel like the guy two heads behind Mr. Ryan isn’t fully white.
Other than that, the photo is too low resolution to really judge. Sometimes Asians and Hispanics have lighter skintones.
I mean obviously it’s a majority white group, and I’m not defending Paul Ryan, but come on.
