That would make sense, especially since they got Genevieve O’Reilly to play Mon Mothma. Since Leia’s message to Ben in ANH was on behalf of Bail it makes sense that he’d be involved with the events of RO.
It’d also would be quite neat to finally get to see an OT-era Bail Organa.
(Although for some reason I always imagined OT Bail as looking more like the guy with the white beard.)
