Yes, but if you do the same re-timings on every language, you just have to fill the blanks that are missing instead of doing all subs from scratch. There are people from different countries on this forum who can easily translate a couple of lines for completion, I’d say we could get easily a dozen full SE subs just by ourselves. And even with blank spaces, they would be better than nothing.
