Bringing this back to its original topic:
I want a scene with the Falcon fighting alongside X-Wings, if only to hear the fusion of the rebel motif with March of the Resistance that would surely result.
Hopefully this happens in either the 3rd act of VIII or at some point in IX. TFA not having a space battle felt weird.
Hopefully if a space battle does happen in VIII it would happen when The Resistance is ambushed by the First Order just as they come out of hyperspace.
