Yes! But Link's running from it made him look like the Ultimate Sissy. That is such a pansy run... It's like Link's gone...

No. I'm not going there.

Anyone here know anything about ripping GameCube discs?

MeBeJedi: Sadly, I believe the prequels are beyond repair.
JediRandy: They’re certainly beyond any repair you’re capable of making.

Go-Mer-Tonic: I can’t say I find that very disappointing.

Can anyone say "Rated T for Teen?" Not that I mind.

Princess Leia: I happen to like nice men.
Han Solo: I'm a nice man.

I know; great isn't it!?

Well. I just beat KoToR 2 today.

I must say that it was both Dissapointing yet oddly satisfying at the same time. Much shorter and complex than the first one no doubt.

I never got around to beating it, I stopped playing after I died numerous times fighting that large monster on the unknown planetoid at the very end.

By unknown Planetoid do you mean Malachor V and by giant monster do you mean the "Greater storm beast"???

If so, then try using the Beast Trick you learned in Iziz to calm it. It will just stand there and let you hit it then.

Thats it, I completely forgot that it was Malachor, I haven't played it in 3 months.

Right. But the game hammers the word "Malachor" home from the beginning.

I don't want to spoil anything, but let's just say it sets the story up for a potential KoToR 3, related to the dissaperance of Revan. I suppose that if you were on Malachor then you saw Bastila and Carth's conversation after the Telos battle.

Anyway, if you know the beast trick, then killing that Storm Beast shouldn't be a problem. Did you ever get the "personal Lightsaber crystal"

I tried that...I think...*goes back to beat KOTOR II*

Man, that God of War seems to be getting pretty good reviews. How smart would it be to buy a used PS2 on ebay?

I haven't even gotten around to playing KOTR 1, *knows she is behind* I spend most of my time (whatever that its) playing Halo 2 live.

You could probably get a used one at EB games or Gamestop cheaper than you could get one off of EBay, plus they have a warrenty at EB.

I wish that I could play Halo2 live. It might raise my fairly high opinion of the game.

Don't miss out on KoToR one; it's a great play. KotoR 2 is good too, but it has a bunch of annoying glitches. But KotoR is like the ultimate starwars game. I can't think of a single thing you might want to do in the SW universe that you can't do in KoToR.

Well. Except maybe ride a TaunTaun...

Which you can do in Rebel Strike, one of the best SW flying games(besides X-Wing).

The PS2 has the approximate durability of wet toilet paper, so I wouldn't trust Ebay with one. And as for the game, I can only find one review so far; Play Magazine gave it a 9.5 out of 10, which is definitely a high score.

Actually not entirely true. Ebay typically has them for around $70 (including shipping and memory card) where it's much more ($129?) at Gamestop. But the warranty definitely is an important factor, considering the track record of the ps2 (plus most used ones will probably be early models). Guess I won't make any decisions right now. Thanks for the help guys.

Yeah, if they're up on ebay they probably are the first ones off the line and have the disc read error or the bad disc tray motor.

Seeing as they are making a new Superman movie, I'm sure there will be a game attached.

I hope we finally get a good superman game(and one without a wimpy lifebar).

I don't think it is possible to make a good superhero game about a practicially invincible person.

People didn't think that it was possible to make a good 3D game or a "talkie" film either.
