I meant if there was perhaps a clause in this deal that prevents the OUT from ever being released which some have hypothesized before. Me personally I don’t think that’s the case. As you said once the deals done it’s done. I was implying that we don’t know for sure if anything OUT related was put in writing in the deal other than its out of Lucas’ hands which at which point we just ruled out our own theory.
