It's one of the most difficult things, cancelling you cell phone contract. When you mention it, the call center attendants suddenly get incredibly dumb and slow. If you want to get anything done, get the name of the attendant as soon as he gets you. And then tell him loud and clear that you are calling them to cancel you cell phone, and if he/she dosen't perform as he/she is suppose to in such ocasion, you are willing to get in contact with someone with high ranks in that cell phone company, and even willig to go to court if necessary, and <attendant>'s name will be the first name mentioned in both cases. So, the attendant will try to offer you free calls or even free cell phones, don't hesitate just say "no" and remind them of why you are calling, always repeating his/her name after every sentence. In 2 days you'll get it done.
