I hate the way that movies with a lot of action or a conservative message almost never win.
Was Spiderman 2 (My favorite film of last year, second to the Incredibles) even nominated to win Best Picture? Nope. Was it a great movie? Yeah, but the Academy could care less.

Hey, Ric: I have absolutely no idea because I've only ever had one paying job, so I can't really relate to that... But I can relate to the dilemma of changing or not.
