What is this mythological age limit I keep hearing about?
Not to mention that never stopped anyone from…gee…lying?
Ever since I first signed up here I always thought there was an 18 and older clause. I may be wrong. Now, lying on the internet, easy as pie and thoroughly over-rated.
There is this from the Terms of Service link at the bottom of each page …
- Registration. When you register on TEH Innernets, you must provide true, accurate and complete registration information. Should TEH Innernets suspect that your information is not accurate and complete, your account may be subject to suspension or termination. To comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, at this time TEH Innernets is only available to users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not register to use TEH Innernets service.
As part of the TEH Innernets Community User registration process, you will be asked to provide an email address, date of birth and to select a username and password. You, not TEH Innernets, will be responsible for all activities occurring under your username and for keeping your password secure. So it’s 12 years of age and under that cannot sign up or be a member here. So technically, those who fudged their birth date information to sign up can have their accounts suspended and/or terminated at any time.
