I was the uploader of that torrent. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience.
To make things more clear, yes, I requested for it to be disabled. Apparently oftentimes disabling a torrent rather than deleting it is preferred, so instead of deleting it myself, I deferred it to the admins to do as they pleased. I immediately stopped seeding and put in the title of the torrent that it was broken, as well as modified the description indicating the same.
As I said as quoted above, I found some major glitches in the MKV file itself that for whatever reason were not evident before I had uploaded the torrent in the first place. That is probably related to why the torrent stopped at 99% for some (or all) of you.
A downloader commented on the page when it was still up and said he intended to do that same but I beat him to it. I’ve sent him a PM requesting that he follow through with that after all. I also advocated in the comments that if anyone else is able to do the same but sooner than to do so.
All in all, my bad. I’ll definitely try to be even more thorough next time in my glitch hunting(if there is one). Count on me to help seed an MKV 5.1 release, as, if it is not already clear, I will make no attempt to re-upload.
