Hi Everyone,
Does anyone here know how to convert DVD subs for use in BD’s? if you know the ins and outs of subtitles we could use you, this is the single most thing we get criticized about and I/We would like to change this, so please if you are good at doing this, or even close to good lol, please PM me and lets see if we can work something out.

if you want to convert from DVD to BD without OCR to text, you should check out bdsup2sub.

That looks like BD to DVD, we need the other way around.
works both ways, that’s why I wrote “from DVD to BD” 😃
input IDX/SUB, set parameters, export SUP. tried twice.

Using SubRip to OCR the subs, then Aegisub to edit them and change the appearance/positions, and then EasySup to create BD compliant subs will result in much more pleasing and professional looking subs, but that will of course take much more time than just upscaling them with BDSup2Sub.
