But do you have a car?

Or a job?

If not, don't ever. Both are horrible.

Not really. I like driving myself sometimes and having a little extra cash.

I intend to get both whenever summer rolls around.

I'm really going to start this summer working full time, its only part time now and the only available time slots I can work are on the weekends from like 8 to 2.

I used to think I'd have job security with all the restaurants my parents owned, but with this stupid divorce settlement (or, more acurately, lack thereof), I think I might have to find a job somewhere else.

Maybe WalMart will be hiring. They are just about to go Super not long from now.

Try under the yarn in the craft dept, no one ever goes back there anyway.

I dunno, I've never had to hide illicit substances before.

Hide it underneath your parent/legal guardians matress.

They'll never think of looking there. [sarcasm]I'm sure they'll never find it.[/sarcasm]

That could work, if not, just try your sock drawer.

Try behind the drawer, and leave it partially cracked all the time. That way only a total cluzt like me would ever find it.

What are you doing hiding marajuana, anyway? Shouldn't you go report whoever gave/sold it to you?

I like watching bad bid budget movies do poorly at the box office (insert Catwoman, King Arthur and Elektra here), don't you?
I'd like a qui-gon jinn please with an Obi-Wan to go.

Red heads ROCK. Blondes do not rock. Nuff said.

It is certainly a perverse sort of fun. One that I enjoy as well.

King Arthur wasn't that bad. I'm thinking more along the lines of The Pacifier, even though it wasn't big budget. I like to see any crappy movie do poorly at the box office.

But it is pretty fun. BTW, who here thinks that the re-release of The Passion will put it as the highest grossing movie ever?

It's being rereleased? Wow.

Well, here's the U.S. Top Ten...

Quote

1 Titanic $600,788,188
2 Star Wars $460,998,007
3 Shrek 2 $441,226,247
4 E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial $435,110,554
5 Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace $431,088,301
6 Spider-Man $403,706,375
7 The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King $377,027,325
8 Spider-Man 2 $373,585,825
9 The Passion of The Christ $370,274,604
10 Jurassic Park $357,067,947

Will it be #1? No. It's been out on video too long. Everybody who wanted to see it has seen it now (or should have). There will still be some demand to see this movie on the big screen, no question about it. But for it to earn another $230 million to beat Titanic will require (no pun intended) an act of God. I see it moving into the number two spot at about $475-500 million.

WOW.

I didn't realize that Titanic had mad over 600 Million! How could a movie with such a small target audience make so much money? You'd think it was the best movie ever from the sales.

Also, the Re-release of The Passion is a directors cut of some sort, which might attract somepeople to see it again who wouldn't have otherwise.

From my information, it's actually going to be a recut, with some of the gorier parts trimmed. Gibson was aiming for a PG-13, but the MPAA said he hadn't cut enough to get him out of R territory, so he's releasing it unrated. Typical of the hypocritical MPAA.

Princess Leia: I happen to like nice men.
Han Solo: I'm a nice man.

So we're getting less film for the same buck? I don't think so. I saw it in theaters the first go through and was awestruck. Why ruin the memory?
