Bill Cosby was a rapist before he went into stand-up. Woody Allen was a child molester before started his career as a comedy writer. Most celebrity sex offenders are so powerful that victims are too scared to notify the police out of being not believed, and the studio system always cover these sex crimes up to protect their cash cows.
Yeah, and they definitely didn’t pull any re-runs of his shows and completely ruin his career when he got accused
Now people are aware of it; in the 1980s NBC literally paid off Cosby’s victims because it threatened their advertising revenue from The Cosby Show.
