OK so far I have...

x+y+z=2a
xyz=2450
p > x
p > y
p > z
p > a ?

x = 2a - y - z; so...

(2a-y-z)*yz=2450
p > 2a - y - z; so...

p > 2450/yz

with x, y, and z being the ages of the three persons, a the assistant, and p the professor.

I'll try to solve that one later.
