Dang…thats just silly. For such a big restoration they just reused he old video remix that was atrocious…and made it slightly more palatable…grrr.
The clip shown in the docu shows their protools session already in progress so I guess they just polished up what was there already. Shame as the film has arguably along with SW the finest mono track ever mixed and it should be preserved in the vaults like the film, but then again we’re not sure if hey got the color right in every shot anyways.
