There’s no logic in Boba’s real voice coming out of the helmet at all. If you were the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy, you want to be able to lose the suit once in a while and be incognito in public. You don’t want someone recognizing your voice at times like that.

The EU often has Fett stalking his quarry in disguises, because obviously walking into a bar in the suit is going to have everyone in the room reaching for their blasters.

It doesn’t help that Temura’s delivery on those three lines is boring compared to the original. Lucas totally missed the boat that half of Fett’s appeal is he’s the intergalactic man of mystery. The only way any future films can restore that is if Fett becomes a Dread Pirate Roberts thing.
