That thing only captures in mpeg2 it looks like. It might work ok, but you'd be much better off with a card that can capture uncompressed video.

however the X0 cap from the DE/Faces LD's from Laserman's broadcast-quality capture equipment probably does a much better job.

The best I've ever seen.
