When I get home, I'll hear the soundtrack of Knights of the Old Republic 2 until I'm ready to sleep. Then, I'll turn on a soothing CD my parents got for me years ago called Timeless Seas. It combines oceans waves with a cello and synthesizer. Unless something is really weighing heavily on my mind, it usually gets me to sleep within 30 minutes...at about midnight.
