That was the release with the fold out cover. I don’t recall if there was a sticker added to verify it had the original cut. That actually was annoying when Sony stopped issuing widescreen for a while. I have the original flipper disc of Last Action Hero with both formats but the later single layered disc had full frame only. It is strange how 2005 we get ET with only the 2002 cut yet that was the same year we finally got Jaws on DVD with the original mono.
