He has his own line of coffins for God's sake. He had a magazine which, I believe, has already folded. All this marketing crap for a band that has only really been marginal at best in recent years. They've had one studio album in the last decade and it was pretty terrible (Psycho Circus). Everything else released has been hits set after hits set or the occasional live album. Gene just keeps tapping the well not realizing that it's quickly running dry. He needs to let well enough alone before his band is remembered for the joke they're quickly becoming. And you're talking to a longtime KISS devotee.

What also ticks me off about KISS is that they aren't even the same band anymore. Once again, both Ace and Peter are gone and have been replaced. I didn't mind when Eric and Bruce were around. They were very good musicians and I actually prefer them to Ace and Peter somewhat. But for Eric and Bruce to just have been dumped on by Paul and Gene and then replaced with Ace and Peter and then have the two of them leave as well. It's just wrong to keep going.
