Absolutely. He was a dude who started an indie comic book company in the 80’s and never became a “company man.” I thought the comics were starting to falter towards the end with a lot of things that just didn’t seem interesting to me (Invasion, something about lost sith, and some other Old Republic comic (not KotOR by Miller, as I think that’s great)), but he was a great down to earth guy who was always interacting with fans, yet never pandering.

And c’mon, he wrote Dark Times. That’s a great comic that, if you ask me, transcends the license.
