I guess someone has never seen Stagecoach, The Searchers, The Sands of Iwo Jima, The Quiet Man, the 3 cavalry movies, the original True Grit, and last but most definitely not least: The Shootist.
I don’t know how you can watch all of them and tell me he isn’t a great actor.
