That’s genius, jar jar in this case would come from a society that only speaks in their native language and has very little contact with humans (the Naboo in this case) this would strengthen Boss Nass’s line to Qui Gon “Weesa no liken the Naboo” they don’t like the because they don’t understand them they are different from their society Jar Jar is the Gungan who doesn’t quite share their beliefs and is sort of a unique Gungan in this case being the only one who attempts to reach out to humans (the two jedi, and later the queen herself) in the end by spending time with the humans he becomes a sort of ambassador of the Gungans and their relationship between the Naboo and in the process unites them as an army
