I added in the “You’re so right” last minute. I have a draft of kylo and Snoke. I thought about removing all snoke scenes but it could leave a plot hole.

I don’t remember Snoke being useful in the plot. The character is awful. At least you should cut the line about Kylo who should finish his training, otherwise why would he have appointed him second in command of the fleet ? So if Snoke is stupid, the threat he represents does not work. I would hence advise to remove him entirely (leave the dialogues when he’s mentionned, à la Emperor in ANH).

By the way,“You’re so right” is not really an issue. Are you going to remove Poe’s joking during his arrest ?
