I think this edit would be quite good to iron out the few kinks the movies had. I think also cutting out a few A New Hope references would be great aswell; I cringed at stuff the Kessel run in 14 parsecs line. But yes, the gaint CGI ball scene dserves a good trimming. Also, maybe another name for this edit would prevent it from sounding like an A New Hope reboot. Maybe “The Rising Threat” or “The Threat Awakens”… im not too sure really. Sorry for such a poorly structured response …
