I can’t push Time Bandits hard enough. Brilliant film. Almost splurged on the Criterion blu-ray the other day, I think I’ll probably go back for it in the near future.
Time Bandits seem to be one that I haven’t seen but should.

Hmm, it’s like choosing between Apocalypse Now and Apocalypse Now Redux?
I wouldn’t compare it to that, because there’s no contest between Apocalypse Now and Redux. The original is best, because Redux only has one additional scene that adds to the film in a positive way (Robert Duvall’s entrance). In the Blade Runner Cuts, there are at least some positives on both ends, though I would go for International or Director’s Cut.
