Just by looking at the amateurish style and laughably subjective anti-Lucas tone in which it is written should make a sanse person realise the book is ridiculous. I mean the short text you provided already gives you a good idea about that.
If you want a good objective documentary-standard source, go read Making of books by Rinzler.
Or better yet, try to find a copy of this.
