Not that you deserve a reply, but ET is definitely the most remembered film of 1982.
I picked that up on blu ray last week, it was a $9.99 deal. Hadn’t seen it since I was a child. Literally bawled.
Spielberg could also tell Lucasfilm something about preservation. The blu ray is a beautiful presentation of the theatrical version.
