Bossk is a documentary appearence OK? I mean, he was not "acting" as he was in, let's say, "Ed TV".
“Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.” — Nazi Reich Marshal Hermann Goering

Appearing as yourself in a documentary or any film, for that matter, is fine. Archived/Stock footage is not. This means that if the footage of a person was not originally shot for the film in question, then it does not count as an acting appearance. IMDb makes the distinction by listing archived footage appearances as just that "Archived Footage."

Since Bush did not appear as himself in original footage shot for Fahrenheit 9/11, he doesn't count as an actor in the film. But say that we actually had original footage of him captured by Moore and crew, then it would count.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't recall him actually appearing in original footage. All I can remember is archived footage of him. Correct me if I'm wrong.

He barely appeared for 2 seconds in an original footage, telling Michael Moore to "get a real job". So that means he could de credited as an "actor" in that movie?

Yep, it's a cameo of him playing himself and it's not archived footage. He counts.

True, all roads lead to Bond. But you can cut out a step in most cases by using Golden Gun and going to Lee.

Another voice actor... John Byner who played the voice of one of my fave Disney characters, Gurgi.
