Just to confirm: I can download the AVCHD Files, burn them onto blank SD DVDs, and play them back at full HD Quality on my AVCHD-Compatible Blu-ray player, correct?

However, will the AVCHD Files actually fit onto SD DVDs? What should the capacity of the blank DVDs be in order to fit the files on them? Do I HAVE to buy blank Blu-ray disks? Is there no other way I can fit the 8 GB (or more) files onto DVDs, or is there some specific brand/model of blank DVD that I can buy?
