Interesting points about the PT soundtracks but even when I listen to songs from the OT soundtracks I try my best to just think of it as just music. No attachment to Star Wars at all goes into my mind when listening to them.

Other than Across The Stars and the chase scene with the assassin there are no real stand out tracks as opposed to TFA which has many now that I’ve had time to watch the film a few times and have listened to the soundtrack periodically. Attack on The Jakku Village (my personal favorite), Rey’s Theme, Snoke, Torn Apart and The Jedi Steps among a couple others just do it for me in a way AOTC’s soundtrack couldn’t.
