Rar files are opened with programs like winrar or 7zip. They are like zip files.
Inside of that is a dlc file that will allow you to download the movie when you open it in a program like FreeRapid downloader or jdownloader. It’s essentially a list of links, but those programs will download them all for you so you don’t need to manually download from like 80 links.
