Yes i think the last one was pretty good. interesting that they are going for blurring the lines between good and bad at this point. very ‘New Star Wars’ if you ask me. i like it.

This is probably a side-effect of all the OT stuff i have been thinking about lately, but i couldn’t help but notice a few things in this episode that i wanted to point out:

The escape pod had steering controls. Of course that doesn’t mean that all escape pods have controls, however i found this interesting in comparison to the heated discussions over whether R2-D2 was controlling the escape pod at the begging of ANH.
I am so tired of the whole angle on Droids being the only things capable of controlling any of the automated systems of the Empire… Reminds me of why i was glad that TFA had Rey opening the doors, even though it led to the Rathtar’s escape.
