How do I burn the MKV version to a Blu-ray disc with sub-titles?

From what I see, I need to convert it first, using a program such as multiAVCHD.

But I can’t see where to add the .SRT file that came in the “Project Threepio” sub-folder.

Edit: it seems that multiAVCHD sees it if it is renamed properly in the same folder as the MKV file.

However, it is crapping out under Windows 7… “tsMuxeR.exe has stopped working”…?
