I think many of us are patiently waiting for Harmy’s ESB 2.5 release so you can update ESB and then we’ll will be grabbing your iso files. Very nice work!
For my ISOs, I’ll stick to Harmy’s versions (and I’ll definitely update the ESB ISO with v2.5 when released, of course). But if you wish to make a blu-ray out of any other version, muxing a BD from an MKV with TsMuxer is exceedingly easy, choosing only the audio and subtitles tracks (with the only limitation of 64 tracks overall): http://www.videohelp.com/software/tsMuxeR
