On a more serious note, not wanting to take any one person’s word over anothers I’m not in a position to have an informed opinion regarding what has or hasn’t gone on. I think banning the TN1 account was the right thing to do, although it may or may not have been done for the wrong reasons. The conduct of the account as a ‘team account’ in relation to the forum rules had been in question for some time.

Assuming for a moment that TN1 have not acted unethically in relation to acquiring the scan of the Technicolor print I somewhat agree with StinkyDinks in that, if those behind the Team are willing, work on the Technicolor scan/project should continue, if only as a contingency in case Mike doesn’t succeed, and I believe me I really hope he does!

Just to clarify I’m not asking for the evidence to be presented here in public, I’m not asking to see the evidence privately, in my oh so humble opinion the evidence from both sides should be reviewed by Jay or a member of the moderation team and the findings of that review conveyed to the community so we can have closure and move on from this matter.
