The only real complication I can think of is the "Die Jedi Dogs" line that was removed from Clones. Clones also has two theatrical versions, one for normal cinemas, one for digital cinemas. It is a good idea to have prequels preserved in their theatrical formats too, however since the revised versions were released so quickly after the theatrical release it isn't the most important thing in the world.
