I have an MKV of Jedi and I have PowerProducer 6. According to the specs I should be able to import and MKV file in and burn it as a blu-ray. However when I do that and burn the disc I get a green screen but no audio. Anyone know what to do here?

If I’m not mistaken you need to use tsmuxer to convert it to an iso. Burn the iso

This Powerproducer software imports MKV for a blu-ray project? Haven’t heard of that before. I suspect it is re-encoding the video in some way that isn’t right. Maybe try remuxing with tsmuxer into blu-ray folders, and then use the m2ts in PowerProducer? Failing that, try better software?
